This policy applies to the NovaX Collective corporate website at novaxhosting.com. Separate NovaX products may have their own privacy policies because they provide different features and process different data.

This website does not provide user accounts, accept payments, or collect data through web forms.

Technical requestsIP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or user-agent information, response status, and security signals may be processed when the website is delivered or protected.
Advertising dataWhere Google AdSense code is enabled, Google and authorised advertising partners may process cookies, local storage, device or browser identifiers, approximate location, and ad interactions, subject to consent requirements.
CommunicationsIf you contact NovaX by email, the message, sender address, delivery metadata, and any information you choose to include are processed to handle the request.

These providers may process data in countries outside your own. Their published transfer safeguards and privacy terms apply to their processing.

5. Google advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, limit, personalise, and measure ads. Google may use advertising cookies based on visits to this and other websites, depending on consent and account settings.
